Accepted forms of payment are credit cards and e-checks through Paypal. Personal checks or money orders are not accepted.


By purchasing a product, you agree that the graphics and HTML contained are to be used only for the purpose for which they were intended, and only for the domain name under which they were purchased. They are not to be re-sold, distributed or used elsewhere in whole or in part. All graphics remain the property of Fozzapalooza Designs and are not to be copied or duplicated in whole or in part. All links and credits to Fozzapalooza Designs are to remain intact.


Unless stated and/or agreed to otherwise, all items are sold as is stated within the item description. I do accept customization requests (including but not limited to wording, color schemes, etc.) however they will incur an additional fee. For any such requests I receive I will provide a written quote via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. Please be sure to contact me with any questions BEFORE making your purchase.

Your purchase of a website template includes free installation of the template with an approved hosting service. If you choose to use a provider not included in that list, you will receive all graphics & HTML for the template via e-mail attachment for you to install with the provider of your choice. I cannot provide any technical assistance with templates & other product that I do not install for you. Template installation does not include set-up of product categories, products, additional text or shopping cart. I do offer such services at an additional fee that will need to be discussed and agreed to in advance which will depend on the scope of the services being requested.


All products will be delivered electronically, via email and/or digital download. There are no shipping costs associated with your purchase.


Due to their nature, once your items have been delivered and/or installed no refunds will be given. I pride myself on customer service & am happy to help you resolve any issues you may be having with regard to the item. I may be able to offer assistance on web host-related questions but since I am not the service provider I may not be able to answer every question but will do my best to help as I can. Please be sure to ask any & all questions you might have BEFORE purchasing your item.


Fozzapalooza Designs reserves the right to use any finished product, or portion thereof, as part of our product portfolio.


Fozzapalooza Designs reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Any payments made for services that will not be performed will be refunded in the same manner in which they were originally paid.
