What is included with the purchase of a template?
With your purchase, you will receive the code and graphics for the template (customized for you, of course) and related items, and free installation of these when using one of our approved web hosting providers. We also offer unlimited technical support for any template-related issues you may have . We stand behind my products & want you to be happy, so we will definitely work with you to answer any questions or resolve any of these issues. Please note that any customization or enhancement requests after installation do come with a maintenance fee.
Which web hosting providers do you work with?
We work with the providers listed on our approved hosting providers page. They all offer a full-featured content management & shopping cart service that requires no HTML or programming knowledge, at a reasonable rate. Installation of your template, graphics, etc. is free when using one of these providers.
What if I want to use a different hosting provider?
You can certainly do that, however,we are unable to provide free installation & support of your website template. If you do choose to use a different hosting provider, we will email the template & all the associated graphics to you for you to install.
Can I add my own logo?
There is no charge to add your logo - but please contact us prior to your purchase to discuss the details. Generally, in order to add your own logo, you will need to provide it in either .png, layered .psd or .eps, with a transparent background. For free logo service, no editing such as color changes are included. If you wish to have us make changes, there will be an additional fee - again, please contact the studio to discuss this prior to your purchase.
Can I request any changes to be made to the template?
Our templates are sold "as-is" but we do accept requests for changes to color scheme, some graphics, font, etc. - but there is an additional $25 charge for each of these types of changes. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing to discuss your changes & we will provide a quote to you.
How long will it take to get my template customized and installed?
Generally speaking, please allow at least 4-6 business days from when we've received your customization info, any special requests, and other details have been finalized for us to customize and install your template. We will email you when everything is finished. We will begin work on your project once all this information has been exchanged & any details ironed out, so the sooner we can exchange this info the sooner everything is completed.
Do you set up my product catalog, shopping cart and other content too?
Set up of your shopping cart and product catalog (products, categories, etc.) and other content is not included with the purchase of your template but these services are optionally available with our quik-shoppe e-store setup packages. Honestly, setting up your shopping cart & product catalog can be a little daunting! These packages offer lots of extras, including print designs, website hosting & more, and can really take the hassle out of getting set up, and you'll have your online store up & running fast.
Can I use my new template on another website, or on eBay?
No. The template may only be used with the domain for which it was purchased, and isn't transferable to anyone else or to be used for any other purpose, including other websites, eBay or other online auction sites, etc. Please refer to our Terms of Use page for more information.
Do I own the graphics & template design once I purchase it?
When purchasing one of our limited edition templates, you are purchasing a limited use license where you do not own the graphics or layout of the design or able to change it, but are licensed to use it. If you are interested in a full use license where you own those graphics & layout and can use them elsewhere and/or make changes if you like, please contact the studio to discuss details & pricing. Please note that this does not include any original source graphics, which are not sold.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover all via Paypal. Personal checks, money orders and e-checks are not accepted.
