What is included with the purchase of a template? TOP
With your purchase, you will receive the code and graphics for the template (customized for you of course) and related items, and free installation of these when using one of my approved web hosting providers. I also offer unlimited technical support for any template-related issues you may have. I stand behind my products & want you to be happy, so I will definitely work with you to answer any questions or resolve any of these issues.
Which web hosting providers do you work with? TOP
I work with the providers listed on my approved web hosting providers page. They all offer a full-featured content management & shopping cart service that requires no HTML or programming knowledge, at a reasonable rate. Installation of your template, graphics, etc. is free when using one of these providers.
What if I want to use a different web host? TOP
You can do that, however, I cannot install or support the template for you in that situation. if you do choose to use a different web host, I will email the template & all the associated graphics to you for you to install.
Can I add my own graphics, such as a logo, to a template? TOP
You you can - but please contact me prior to your purchase to discuss the details. I'll also need to make sure the logo is in the proper format for me to work with.
Can I request any changes to be made to the template if I buy it? TOP
You sure can. My templates are sold "as-is" but I do accept requests for changes to color scheme, some graphics, font, etc. however there is an additional charge for this. Please contact me BEFORE purchasing to discuss your changes & I will provide a quote to you.
How long will it take to get my template customized and installed? TOP
Please allow at least 4-6 business days from when I've received your customization info, any special requests, and other details have been finalized for me to customize and install your template. I will email you when everything is finished. I will begin work on your project once all this information has been exchanged & any details ironed out, so the sooner we can exchange this info the sooner everything is completed.
Do you set up my product catalog, shopping cart and other content too? TOP
Set up of your shopping cart and product catalog (products, categories, etc.) and other content is not included with the purchase of your template. Each of the hosting providers do offer a very extensive tutorial & knowledgebase system to guide you through that process & answer questions for you as you are setting up your catalog & cart. I can also provide this service for you if you like, at an additional charge. Please contact me to discuss your needs and I can provide a quote.
Can I use my new template on another website, or on eBay? TOP
No. The template may only be used with the domain for which it was purchased, and isn't transferable to anyone else or to be used for any other purpose, including other websites, eBay or other online auction sites, etc. Please refer to my Terms of Use page for more information.
Can I make my new template a one-of-a-kind? TOP
Absolutely! I do offer OOAK (one-of-a-kind) designs but if you do see a limited edition design (only sold a limited number of times before being retired) that you like, and would like to be the only person to be able to use it, I do offer what is called an "exclusive use license." This entitles you to exclusive use of this design and that design will then no longer be sold. To do this, there is an additional fee and you must be the first person to purchase that design. Once the first copy is sold, that option is no longer available. Please see the item description for details.
Do you do custom design work? TOP
Yes, I do a limited amount of custom website design work. If you are interested in a custom design, please contact me to discuss your project. any custom projects will require you to have a very well-defined vision of what you are looking for. Pricing for custom websites will vary based on your requirements, hence the need to contact me to discuss this.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and eCheck all via Paypal.
What are your business hours? TOP
I generally do project work on weekdays, with varying hours, and occasionally on weekends. I do have a full-time day job so at other times my availability can be limited, so I do appreciate your understanding in that regard.
